About Hannibal B. Tesfahunegn
Hannibal is the Research Manager at Power for All, leading the data collection, data analysis, and production of high caliber and rigorous content directly for dissemination and communication with a broad set of stakeholders. Hannibal has more than 5 years of experience in the public sector consulting space covering agriculture, public health, energy access, and economic development working with organizations such as McKinsey and Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA). Hannibal holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of California – Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mekelle University. He enjoys hiking and watching historical documentaries.
